The Student Telecounseling Admissions Representatives (STARS) program is dedicated to helping prospective students in their college decision. Each telecounselor contacts individuals who have expressed an interest in Penn State Behrend. The STARS also assist students who have been offered admissions to the college. The STARS play an integral role as a liaison between incoming students and the college by providing information on the academics, activities and the social atmosphere at Penn State Behrend.
