academic climate for the intercollegiate athletic program. The
Athletic Director and Faculty Athletic Representative (appointed by the
Chancellor) serve as ex officio members of this Committee.
Members of the intercollegiate coaching staff, other than the Athletic
Director, are ineligible to serve on this Committee.
